Mr. Gibbs joined ESA as Chief Information Officer in January of 2011.  Mr. Gibbs also Servies as Chief Information Officer for Community Bank of the Cumberlands, a subsidiary of ESA.  He has worked in the Information Technology field for over two decades. 

Mr. Gibbs has provided technical support for a DOE/DOD sub-contractor in Oak Ridge, TN as well as supported sites throughout the United States. As a member of the only Level 1 Trauma Center in Knoxville, Jeff managed a team of technicians which provided technical support for remote physicians' offices and outpatient offices at the University of Tennessee Medical Center.

In 2002, Mr. Gibbs was introduced to the financial and banking industries when he accepted a position with Edfinancial Services as the Network Engineer. Leveraging his experience with management and networking and system infrastructures, he is responsible for re-engineering existing processes to meet the changing regulatory environments and position the organizations for growth in their respective markets.
